Discount Policy


Introduction

At K-Munity, we believe in the power of fashion with purpose. As a part of our commitment to fostering positive change in our community, we offer discounts to individuals who actively contribute through community service. This policy outlines how discounts are earned, the percentage of discounts available, and the terms and conditions associated with these discounts.

Discount Tiers and Eligibility

  1. Bronze Tier (10% Discount):

    • Eligibility: 5 hours of community service.
    • Usage Limit: 3 months.

  2. Silver Tier (15% Discount):

    • Eligibility: 10 hours of community service.
    • Usage Limit: 3 months.

  3. Gold Tier (20% Discount):

    • Eligibility: 25 hours of community service.
    • Usage Limit: 3 months.

    • Platinum Tier (50% Discount):

      • Eligibility: 50 hours of community service.
      • Usage Limit: 3 months 

    Earning Discounts

    1. Service Verification: To earn discounts, customers must provide verifiable proof of their community service hours. This can include signed service hour logs, letters from the organizations served, or other valid forms of documentation.

     

    2. Discount Application: Customers can apply for discounts by submitting their service documentation to K-Munity's customer support team. Once verified, the customer will be assigned to an appropriate discount tier.

    Discount Redemption

    1. Online Orders: Discounts are applicable to online orders made through the K-Munity website. Customers must enter a valid discount code provided by K-Munity during the checkout process.

    2. In-Store Purchases: Customers can also redeem discounts for in-store purchases by presenting their verification documentation to store associates.

    Discount Usage Limitations

    Discounts are valid for the specified percentage off the total purchase price.

    Each discount tier has a defined usage limit (per month), as outlined in Section II.

    Discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers or applied retroactively to previous purchases.

    Discount Verification

    K-Munity reserves the right to verify and validate community service hours submitted for discount eligibility.

    Misrepresentation of community service hours may result in the revocation of discounts and potential legal action.

    Policy Changes

    K-Munity reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Discount Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated to customers through the K-Munity website and other official communication channels.
